In my family, we are always short on time. By the time I get around to making dinner, I need something quick. That is why I love my instant pot. I can have dinner done in under 15 minutes.
This creamy tomato noodle instant pot dish is one of our favorites. It cooks in under 10 minutes and makes enough for everyone to have seconds. I try to keep my ingredients simple, and this recipe is no exception. These are all ingredients I keep on hand to throw this dish, and many of my other Instant Pot dishes together in a hurry.
