Get your Alfredo fix with this easy Instant Pot Alfredo dish!
Instant Pot recipes are everywhere right now. But why? Well, if I told you that you could make dinner for your family in around 10 minutes, would you do it? That is literally how long it takes to cook most meals in your instant pot. This Instant Pot Alfredo takes about 10 minutes all together. But not only is it fast, it uses ingredients you probably already have, and nothing super crazy.
What you will need:
- Instant Pot (affiliate link)
- Measuring Cups and spoons
- Spaghetti spoon
Ingredients:
- 1 pack Angel Hair Pasta
- 16 oz Heavy cream
- 32oz Chicken Broth
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Thin Sliced Chicken Breast (optional)
Instructions:
- Add heavy cream, broth, garlic, onion, and Italian seasonings to instant pot.
- Break noodles in half and place in Instant Pot DON’T STIR!
- Add chicken on top
- Put the lid on, and set to pressure cook for 7 minutes
- When done, release steam and unseal lid
- Stir, and add your Parmesan cheese
- Enjoy!

Don’t be afraid to throw things together in that instant pot! That is how I have come up with all of my recipes. The only things to really watch for are making sure that you have plenty of liquid so that your ingredients don’t burn to the bottom. The other thing is to make sure your instant pot isn’t over full (there is a fill line). If it’s over full, when you release the pressure you will be spewing liquid everywhere. Don’t ask me how I know this!
