Tired of those store bought, tasteless hamburger dishes? Me too. That is why i set out to make my own.
The reason we use those boxed dinners is because they are easy, and you are only dirtying up one pan. Am I right? Well, when I was looking for recipes, it seemed like making your own required allot of crazy ingredients I didn’t have, along with like 4 different pans.
When I came up with this Velveeta Hamburger Dish, I was kind of going at it blind. It took a few tries to get it right. I wanted something that you could make in just one skillet with ingredients that you probably already have on hand.
This simple Velveeta hamburger dish is sure to please, even you pickiest eaters. My family loves it, and I hope yours does too!

This is EXCELLENT. I did add 1 tsp of Italian seasoning. I also didn’t have a full cup of ketchup so I did 3 tbls of ketchup and 6 oz of tomato sauce instead. We preffer whole wheat noodles so I replaced the white macaroni for organic whole wheat Shells. Definitely a hit with the boyfriend and I’ll be making this again. Great dinner for when you are in a pinch.
